Site Inspections

We coordinate a site inspection logistic to one or several accommodation options of your interest which are normally options that you will consider for the lodging of your group. We take care of appointments, schedules and more always accompanied by one of our Horizon Vallarta DMC representatives.

Logistics

The logistics part of the idea of accommodation that you have in mind according to the characteristics of your group trip, once the hotel has been chosen, we manage the coordination between them and you to notify the total number of rooms, rooming list, events within the hotel, special requests, use of halls, venues, dinners, congresses or conventions, all in order to augur a resounding success among your guests.
